Health is Wealth

đŸ‘‰Since our ancient times Adults are saying is that our  "health is our wealth". From the B.C to the present day many scientists have done various types of researches on food items. What we learned from that research is that we get a lot of diseases because the food we eat is not good. Those who live in the forest should find vegetables , fruits  and eat them. so they live very healthy many years. Now what comes into our topic is what kind of food should we eat and how should we be healthy in todays busy life. It is very difficult for us to take healthy food. After waking up drink 2 glasses of water and give a 5 minutes time to set water in our stomach. After  should take walking , jogging , exercises cycling for an hour.   Next start eating with soaked almonds, then eat an apple even better if you eating a apple an hour before bed at night  and drink water.  Eating an apple every day reduces the need for us to go the doctor.
